About this Location

The CASTLE, part of High Point Treatment Center, provides a short-term addiction treatment center for adolescents ages 13 to 17 years. Dual diagnosis services are also available for those who may struggle with substance use and accompanying mental health issues. The CASTLE offers a secured, twenty-four bed facility and accepts both male and female clients.

Referral and Intake Process

Referral Process

  • Interested patients/guardians or collateral's should call admissions, 508-638-6000 for bed availability and a phone screening by the nursing department. 
  • For Section 35 patients, court personnel should contact CASTLE for bed availability and fax an evaluation to CASTLE staff.





Intake Process

Upon bed availability:
  • Patients with Mass Behavioral Health Plan (MBHP) insurance will be admitted directly following phone assessment with nursing department
  • Patients with private insurance will be advised to have an evaluation completed by their local crisis team and will be admitted following evaluation
