Eligibility and Insurance

Dual Diagnosis Program

  • Mental illness, developmental delay, or history of abuse
  • Combined with substance use disorder

Specialized Forensic Program

  • Adolescents, adults, and their families
  • Involvement with the criminal justice system

Trauma Therapy Services

  • Children, adolescents, and families
  • Any experienced physical, emotional or sexual abuse

Early Intervention (EI) Services

Please note: All children are eligible for an EI screening and assessment, regardless of insurance type or ability to pay. Call the Intake Department for more information, 1-800-244-4691.

  • Birth to 3 years of age
  • Participation in an eligibility screening with EI Team

Two categories of eligibility for EI services:

1. Children with established risk or established developmental delays

  • Medical condition (Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy etc.)
  • Displays a moderate delay in one or more developmental domains

2. Children at risk for development delays or disorders

  • Prenatal disease or birth trauma
  • Premature birth or low birth weight
  • Environmental issues (Poor nutrition, lead poisoning, homelessness, parental substance abuse etc.)
