The Veterans Transition House (VTH) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit and provides shelter and supportive services to veteran's who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and their families.

Please note: First priority given to residents of VTH; place request two weeks in advance if possible; no wheelchair accessible vehicles

Intake Process

In addition to application the following is also requested:

  • Copy of military separation paper (DD-214)
  • Psychosocial Report (from doctor, counselor or most recent detox program)
  • Complete list of current medications (Narcotics are not allowed under any circumstances)
  • Referral Source
  • Negative tuberculosis test result
