Referral Process

Adult Behavioral Health Services (ABHS): Open referral process for individuals, families and couples

Child Behavioral Health Services (CBHS): Open referral process for children, adults and their families

Groups: Open to the public, Child & Family Services clients will need a referral from their therapist or psychiatrist

Intake Process

Intake Coordinator will collect;
  • Demographic information
  • Signed Releases of Information
  • Interest in services (therapy, psychiatry etc)
  • Background information; medical history, medication and past or present substance use
