About this Location

Harmony House is a 26-bed, short term (4 to 6 months) residential facility for men aged 21+ years who are recovering from a substance abuse disorder. This may include the chronically homeless and/or those reintegrating to community living. Service includes referrals to mental health and medical care, education and vocational services, and longer term sober housing.

Complete demographic/bio-psychosocial assessment

Sign release of information

Mental status exam and substance abuse diagnosis confirmation

Establish treatment plan (updated every 30 days)
